Return clause
- Return policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Returned goods must be left unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging and labels.
- Return process

Contact Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service team by email at mutuality@alciaretic.com or by phone at (402)341-1468 with your order number and the reason for your return.

Obtain Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and return address.

Return item: Please send the item to the specified address along with the return authorization number and the original invoice. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error (such as the delivery of the wrong item or a defective item).
- Refund policy
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method and the processing time may take 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Exchange policy
If you wish to exchange, please follow the above return process to return the item and state the item and specifications you wish to exchange when contacting our customer service team. We will process the exchange for you upon receipt of the returned item.
- Non-returned items
The following items are not subject to the return policy:
- Custom goods or personalized goods
- Promotional items or discounted items
- Used or damaged goods
- Return address
